AeroScope is run by one person. Card payment is not wired up, so Pro and Commercial access is arranged by email and the prices below are what those tiers will cost. Free and Researcher access are available today.

What is never gated

Safety information stays free

Spoofing and GNSS interference detections are visible to everyone on the free tier. Paid tiers buy automation of that information, such as API access, webhooks and long history, not the information itself. Nothing about an aircraft over your own home is hidden behind a payment.

AeroScope must never be used for air traffic control, navigation or collision avoidance. See known limitations.

Common questions

Is the free tier limited in time?
No. It is not a trial. The public map and the published dataset stay free.
Why is researcher access free?
Because the platform exists to be checked. The OpenSky Network takes the same approach: free access to a verified researcher, in exchange for citation and non-commercial use.
What counts as verification?
An ORCID record, an institutional page, or a published paper. Email through the contact page and say what you intend to study.
Do you sell personal data?
No. See the privacy policy. Aircraft broadcasts are public radio transmissions; site analytics are first-party and minimal.
